Is lunch included on the tour?

It certainly is. We generally have a platter style lunch, with a selection of yummy foods to share amongst your group. If you wish to have a full menu available to your group then this can be arranged, however there will be an additional charge per person.

Are discounts available for large group bookings?

Indeed they are, the more you book, the better the discount. Please enquire with us via the booking form for full details of current discounts available.

Will the tour be exclusively my group?

If you can guarantee a group booking of 10 or more then you can ensure that the tour will be run exclusively for your group. A booking of 6-9 may mean that you will share your tour experience with other parties.

I’ve got less than 4 people in my group, can we still join a tour?

It’s worth getting in touch. We generally need an anchor booking of 6+ in place to ensure the tour will run. In turn we may then be able to accept bookings of less than 6 pax to join in with other parties.

Which breweries do we visit?

We currently tend to focus on the Swan Valley breweries, namely Feral Brewing Co, Elmars in the Valley, Swan Valley Brewery, Duckstein and Mash Brewing. The relatively close proximity of these excellent venues ensures more time is spent in breweries and less time sitting on a bus. However, being a small operator we have total flexibility in the tours we arrange, so if there is a specific venue or area you wish to include on your day please ask the question.

We want to visit some wineries/distilleries too, can you accommodate this?

We sure can. We can tailor make your tour experience specifically to your needs. Drop us a line detailing your requirements and we’ll put together a proposal for you.

Can I be picked up from home and dropped off somewhere else?

We can be quite flexible with your pick up/drop off requirements, let us know when booking what your needs are and we will do our best to fulfil them.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes please! It confirms to us that you’re serious about your booking. A $20 non-refundable deposit per person is required two weeks before your tour date. If you honour your booking then the deposit is naturally deducted from your total tour fee. If you dishonour your booking then the deposit is retained.

Can you cater for Coeliacs or customers with gluten intolerance?

There’s no need for you to miss out as a customer with gluten intolerance. If the venues we visit do not have a cider available for tasting, then we have agreements in place for you to sample certified GF beers. We require 72 hours notice for any gluten intolerant tour participants, just so we can get everything in place for you.

Can you cater for Vegetarians/Vegans?

In a word, yes! As long as we have received information on the number of vegetarians/vegans within your group 24 hours before your tour date.

We’ve got more than 27 people interested in coming along, can you cope with larger groups?

Not a problem. For larger group bookings we outsource the transport element of the tour to close industry colleagues, giving us time to concentrate on hospitality and ensuring you have a great day.
